1. Website Usage
You may browse and purchase from this site for personal or business gifting purposes. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or copy its content for commercial resale.
2. Orders
An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted once we send a confirmation email. We may decline an order where an item is unavailable, a listing contains an error, or payment cannot be verified.
3. Pricing
Prices are shown in US dollars and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time, but changes never affect orders already confirmed.
4. Payments
Payment is taken at checkout through our secure provider. We accept major cards and digital wallets. Corporate accounts may apply for invoiced terms.
5. Shipping
Delivery estimates are given in good faith and depend on the carrier. Risk passes to you on delivery. Please check the address carefully; we cannot recover gifts sent to an incorrect address supplied at checkout.
6. Returns
Unopened, non-perishable items may be returned within 30 days in their original packaging. Personalised, perishable and floral items are excluded unless faulty.
7. Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled free of charge until they enter our wrapping queue, usually within two hours of purchase. After dispatch, our returns process applies.
8. Intellectual Property
All text, photography, branding and design on this site belong to Unique Gift Shop or our licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.
9. Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and disputes will be handled by the courts of that state.
